Copperfield Plantation Homeowners Association

Welcome to Copperfield Plantation, a protected covenant restrictive community. We’re located on Wilmington Island nestled between beautiful downtown Savannah Georgia and the beaches of Tybee Island. There are 87 home sites both along two lakes, four cul-de-sacs and  streets mostly with views to the lakes. We’re minutes from Wilmington Island ‘Village” with restaurants, fast food, banks,  grocery stores, and post office. Our homeowner’s association executive board consists of four volunteer residents as well as, an architectural control committee consisting of three residents. Thank you for visiting!
